The Town of Watertown is offering some youth clinics this summer through
the recreation department. They are Targeting elementary and middle
school kids, grades 3-8. The recreation department has the clinic listed
on their website but I copied it below.
THIS IS A NO PADS - NON CONTACT CLINIC.
Who: Grades 6-8
When: Session 1: Tuesday-Thursday, July 9-July 11
Session 2: Tuesday-Thursday, July 16-July 18
Session 3: Tuesday-Thursday, July 23-July 25
Session 4: Tuesday-Thursday, July 30-August 1
Time: 3:00-4:30pm
Where: Moxley Field
Cost: $20 residents/session $30 non-residents/session
Description: The program will emphasize passing, receiving, defense and
the rules of the game. This is a great opportunity to learn the game of
football in a fun, safe environment. Clinic includes drills, games and
competitions. It will be supervised by WHS football coaches with current
and former players.
